If you’d like to replace a Quooker tank that’s out of warranty, we offer the Swap service: A sustainable and simple solution. A Swap tank is a used, but thoroughly checked tank at a reduced rate that meets the same quality requirements as a new one. The Swap service can only be used if you already have a Quooker tank in your possession. Do you want to know if you are eligible for a Swap tank? Check the tank’s serial number in advance via our Webshop or contact our Service department.
